In our project "SnackSmart," our team developed an niche and innovative e-commerce website dedicated to providing a unique, customizable snacking experience for health-conscious individuals. Our goal was to cater to various dietary preferences and lifestyles, ensuring that everyone can enjoy delicious, nutritious snacks tailored to their specific needs. As a team, we conducted market research, analyzed consumer behavior, and crafted a comprehensive business strategy to position SnackSmart effectively in the market.

My role in this project involved researching the target audience, brainstorming key features for the e-commerce website, contributing to promotional strategies, and identifying potential challenges along with their solutions. Through extensive research, I categorized the major audience into four distinct groups, ensuring the website features cater to their primary needs. I aimed to enable our platform to offer a seamless shopping experience and effectively communicate our brand’s commitment to health and wellness. By focusing on user retention and satisfaction, we aimed to create a loyal customer base that values the convenience and quality of SnackSmart's offerings.
