Our team has crafted a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plan for Party Animals, a multiplayer party game launched on Steam and Xbox.

In this project, I served as the account manager, leading efforts in market and audience research. Beyond analyzing the target audience profile, I developed a robust social media strategy aimed at acquiring, maintaining, and growing our player base, utilizing platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Discord. Additionally, I created a detailed communication strategy and media plan, coordinating the game's launch activities for the upcoming year. Our primary goal is to enhance player engagement and build a vibrant community that celebrates the joy and chaos of Party Animals. By leveraging unique features such as a realistic physics engine, adorable character designs, and cross-platform play, we aim to position Party Animals as a memorable and inclusive gaming experience that fosters lasting friendships and fun-filled memories.
