In this project, our team created a Chrome extension that guides users towards sustainable shopping choices by suggesting eco-friendly alternatives as they browse online stores. Our goal was to harness the passion of younger Americans for environmental causes, addressing their concerns about climate change by simplifying the process of finding and verifying sustainable products. By providing real-time sustainable ratings and low-carbon alternatives, we aimed to remove the burden of uncertainty and empower users to make impactful, eco-friendly purchases confidently.

 

As the producer, I was responsible for overseeing the UX/UI design and the development of the live prototype. I also assisted with the market research and coordinated our team's strategy, ensuring that our design was intuitive and our product delivered a seamless user experience. Through collaboration and dedication, we developed Gleap to be a tool that not only meets the needs of eco-conscious consumers but also contributes to a more sustainable future.
